The Residency was co-founded by Kyrra Rankine and Jessica Deutsch, who bring complementary experience across housing and homelessness, education, early childhood, systems change, and nonprofit leadership. Together, they founded The Residency to bridge systems that too often operate separately and to build solutions grounded in the experiences of children, youth, and families facing housing instability.
